We've added the oats to make this banana bread a great low-GI option with low sugars.

Ingredients

3 very ripe bananas

3 free range eggs

2 tablespoons honey

2 teaspoons cinnamon

1/2 cup Greek natural yogurt

Pinch of bicarbonate soda

1 cup of rolled oats

1 cup of whole meal flour

Method

In your Flat Stacks Ovenware (we recommend our 2L Ovenware dish) mash your bananas with a fork until smooth.
Add eggs to the mashed bananas and thoroughly mix them together.
Add in yogurt, honey, bicarbonate soda, oats, and flour into the mixture.
Stir until all the ingredients are fully combined.
Use a paper towel to wipe the edges of your Flat Stacks Ovenware.
Place the lid on your Flat Stacks Ovenware.
Bake the mixture in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees
After 30 minutes, remove the lid and continue baking for an additional 10 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.

Love these!

I took way too long to order these containers. But I couldn’t pass up on the latest sale. They save me so much frustration. I haven’t thrown out all of my old containers yet because I like to keep some handy so guests can take home leftovers in containers that I could care less about getting back. I will probably order more when they go on sale again.

Thought I was paying extra for quality

Instead I got cheap rubber made in China. I don't see the difference between this and the junk you can get on Amazon or Temu. Save your money. There's no quality here.

Those red mitts are uncomfortable , stiff, very hard to use. I just gave them away
