🍌Craving something sweet but healthy? Try our delicious banana oat bread recipe! Coupled with our innovative Flat Stacks Ovenware, it's super easy to whip up this delightful treat! 

Plus, you can conveniently store any leftovers with the lid on for days, keeping it as fresh as the day you baked it.😍

 👨‍🍳This recipe is also kid-friendly and only requires one dish (we recommend using the Flat Stacks Ovenware 2L), so you can make it a perfect bonding experience!

 We've added the oats to make this banana bread a great low-GI option with low sugars.

 🍯For the finishing touch, serve it warm with grass-fed butter and a trickle of honey. Enjoy a treat that's both guilt-free and yummy!🥳

Ingredients

3 very ripe bananas 

3 free range eggs

2 tablespoons honey

2 teaspoons cinnamon

1/2 cup Greek natural yogurt 

Pinch of bicarbonate soda

1 cup of rolled oats 

1 cup of whole meal flour

Method

  1. In your Flat Stacks Ovenware (we recommend our 2L Ovenware dish) mash your bananas with a fork until smooth.
  2. Add eggs to the mashed bananas and thoroughly mix them together.
  3. Add in yogurt, honey, bicarbonate soda, oats, and flour into the mixture.
  4. Stir until all the ingredients are fully combined.
  5. Use a paper towel to wipe the edges of your Flat Stacks Ovenware.
  6. Place the lid on your Flat Stacks Ovenware.
  7. Bake the mixture in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees
  8. After 30 minutes, remove the lid and continue baking for an additional 10 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.

They are ok, but the lids are super painful to lock or close. Food drips out it, not careful. Also, if you put in a dishwasher, they change like a little bit melts.
