Orders are shipped direct from Australia and typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery usually arrives in 3–10 days depending on location, while express delivery generally arrives in 1–4 days after dispatch.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free tracked delivery Australia-wide on orders over $149. For orders under $149, tracked shipping is $14.95, and express delivery is also available at checkout.
What is your returns policy?
Flat Stacks offers a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, so if you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase within 30 days for a refund.
Do you have a product warranty?
Yes. We designed Flat Stacks to be durable for everyday use, which is why purchases made directly through flatstacks.com.au are backed by an exclusive 5-Year Extended Warranty. If you ever have an issue, just contact us with your order details and a photo, and we’ll help organise a replacement.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account can make it easier to view your order history, track purchases and manage your details for future orders.
Why should I create an account at checkout?
Creating an account helps keep your order information in one place, making it easier to check past orders, track current purchases and manage your details if you shop with us again. It also helps our team assist you more efficiently if you ever need support with an order.
How do I update my account information or view my orders?

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking confirmation by email so you can follow its progress from dispatch to delivery.

What are Flat Stacks made of?
Flat Stacks are made from high-quality, food-grade silicone. The Original range features BPA-free hard plastic lids, while the Ovenware range uses an all-silicone construction with soft silicone lids for higher heat resistance.
Are Flat Stacks microwave, freezer and dishwasher safe?
Yes. Flat Stacks are safe for the microwave, freezer and dishwasher. Flat Stacks also recommends hand washing the lids where possible to help them last longer and hold their shape.
Can I use Flat Stacks in the oven and air-fryer?
The Original Flat Stacks containers are not oven safe. Ovenware Flat Stacks are oven safe and can also be used in air fryers, microwaves and on BBQ plates, but not on direct grill contact or open flames.
Can I store soft foods and liquids in my Flat Stacks?
Yes. Flat Stacks can be used for soft foods and liquids like soups, as long as the lid is sealed properly and pressure on the container is minimised during transport.
What sizes do Flat Stacks come in?
The Originals range from smaller Snack Pack sizes around 250–350 ml up to Jumbo sizes at 3–5 litres, while Ovenware ranges from roughly 1–2 litres in the Air Fryer Set up to 6–7 litre Jumbo sizes.
Can I buy individual Flat Stacks?
Some sizes are available as individual containers, while others are currently only sold as part of a set. Please, look at our Individual Containers collection.
