Warranty

Refund Policy: 
Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds due to ‘change of mind’. Unless otherwise stated herein, refunds will only be granted at the discretion of Professional Product Marketing Pty Ltd (PPM) or when obligated by law. The goods must be returned in as new condition, in original packaging (even if packaging is damaged) and refunds can only be claimed within a reasonable time from the date of the original sale.
We consider 14 business days from the date of the original sale is a “reasonable time”. All requests for refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the goods. Proof of purchase must be provided in all cases when requesting a refund.

Returns and Warranties: 
Warranty is provided on all of our product range and eligibility to claim a warranty must adhere to the conditions as outlined below.
Proof of purchase must be provided in all cases when claiming a warranty. PPM reserves the right to decide to repair, replace or refund any faulty products within the warranty period. Any warranty replacements and/or goodwill repairs performed do not create a new warranty or extend the original warranty period. Warranties are not transferable and only apply to the original purchaser.
PPM is not liable for incidental or consequential damages of any nature associated with the use of this product (ie: that have been subject to excessive wear and tear, misuse, negligence or that have been repaired or altered without the written authority of PPM). PPM liability will not exceed the purchase price of the product.

Responsibility for lost or damaged products:

PPM accepts no responsibility for parcels lost or damaged within the Australian postal system. We recommend that when customers return products, that items are registered and insured while in transit. When PPM bears the cost of postage and handling of products for warranty returns, please notify us if your parcel doesn’t arrive or arrives damaged.
