Excellent purchase but way to expensive

Zip didn’t function well It wont fold up to small bag.

So sorry to hear you are having issues with your bag. It should easily fold up into a small pouch and the zip should slide smoothly. Please email so we can help sort this out for you. Also, keep in mind we do offer a full 5-year warranty with all our products should we need to replace this for you. :)
