Shop Flat Stacks Ovenware

Ingredients:

1 whole garlic bulb
1/2 capsicum
1 small onion
1 lemon (juiced, without the rind)
Fresh parsley (a bunch)
1 cup white wine
1 large mushroom or 5 button mushrooms
3 tablespoons butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

In a pan, brown the chopped onion, capsicum, and mushrooms with butter until caramelized.
Stuff the fish with this cooked mixture, and season with salt and pepper.
Arrange lemon slices, onion rings, and parsley on top of the fish for garnish.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
Place the fish in your Flat Stacks Ovenware, cover with a lid, and bake for about 40 minutes, adjusting the time based on the size of the fish.
Serve with freshly cooked rice for a delightful family meal!
