Ā Ingredients:
- 5 zucchinis
- 2 tbsp thickened cream
- 2 tsp chicken stock
- 2 handfuls shredded cheese
- Small handful of parmesan cheese
Ā Method:
1. Start by preparing 5 zucchinis, cutting off the ends, and placing them in our Flat StacksĀ Large Square 6LĀ Ovenware. Microwave them until soft enough to mash.
2. Mix in 2 tablespoons of thickened cream, a couple of handfuls of shredded cheese, and 2 teaspoons of chicken stock. š§
3. Finally, layer the top with more cheese and a sprinkle of parmesan. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes, then grill for an extra 10 minutes to achieve a golden-brown top.
4. Adjust the cheese and cream for your desired richness. For a vegetarian version, simply swap the chicken stock for vegetarian stock.Ā
