Stains on new bowl!

Was happy with it but now I see stains on it which I cannot image what caused it, only vegetables were stored in it.

Love them! They say what you said they would! I stored some Brussels sprouts in one of them & no odor or stain!

i would like more info regarding dos and donts with the cook wear- for example can you use parchment paper or cooking spray or is it better without
