Ingredients 1/2 Purple onion - Diced 1/2 Brown onion - Diced 1 1/2 Punnets of Cherry Tomatoes 1 Punnet of Mushrooms - Chopped 1 Can Diced Tomatoes 1 Can Whole Peeled Tomatoes Squeeze of Tomato Sauce Squeeze of BBQ Sauce Drizzle of Worcestershire Sauce 1 Tbps minced garlic 6-8 Eggs - Depends on how eggy you like it Sprinkle of Garlic Herb (We used MINGLE - to keep all the nasty additives out) 600g Bacon - Streak bacon diced (for extra crisp) - Middle bacon roughly chopped Cooking Time: 1 hour total (Preparation + Cooking) On the BBQ, it’s as easy as prepping all the above ingredients in our medium square ovenware dish. Pop your lid on and cook for roughly 40 minutes on high. Instructions Light up your BBQ. Place your ovenware dish on your BBQ Add garlic, onion, mushroom, and your roughly chopped bacon. Add cherry tomatoes and sauces. Crack your eggs in. And top with the rest of your bacon and sprinkle some garlic and herb seasoning on top. Pop your Flat Stacks lid on and cook for 40 minutes.
