🍽️ Craving something delicious for dinner?

Try our mouthwatering Chicken Satay dish – a feast prepared and cooked seamlessly in one Flat Stacks Ovenware dish that can be used both in the oven or on the BBQ!

Ingredients:

- 500g chicken thigh fillets

- 1 cup of canned tomatoes

- 2 tablespoons of peanut butter

- 1 can of coconut cream

- 4 tablespoons of red curry paste

Instructions:

  1. Place chicken in the Flat Stacks 2.5 L Ovenware.
  1. Mix in peanut butter, tomatoes, curry paste, and coconut cream.
  1. Cook in the oven for 25 minutes at 180°C OR on the BBQ (use a BBQ mat. ⚠️ Do not use the Flat Stacks Ovenware on open flames).

Serve this aromatic dish with rice and/or steamed veggies. For kids, use mild curry paste and try brown rice for a healthier spin.

Leftovers? Pop on the Flat Stacks Ovenware lid and store in the fridge for up to 5 days. Talk about an easy meal prep idea!
